I created POP Fitness to help everyday people build strength, confidence and healthier habits without feeling intimidated by fitness.

 

Whether you're stepping into exercise for the first time, getting back on track after a break, or simply looking for accountability, my goal is to make training enjoyable, sustainable and tailored to your lifestyle.

 

I work with clients across North West London through mobile personal training, residential gyms, home sessions and outdoor coaching.
